A personalized weekly structure built around your goals, experience, available time, equipment and weekly feedback. Plans are generated using the MIKEFORM framework and coaching principles approved by Michael Greenland.
Transparency: plans are AI-generated from Michael's approved method. They are clearly labelled as AI-generated. Michael does not personally review each program unless manual review is enabled.
